Check in was very easy, and the employees were nice. I can’t comment on the amenities like the pool as I didn’t try them out, on first glance the room looked ok but once I actually went to get in bed I was a little surprised. Behind the night stand was a bra covered in what looked like 2 years of dust, the pillow cases were all torn up and there were what looked like small black hairs on the sheets. We found bed bugs,and they blamed us for bringing them but we checked our beds right as we got there and there was atleest 70 of them and we checked out before 11 and we still didn't get our money back.
Just needed a night to relax away from the daily grind.
Not sure who to blame, myself for not asking, google for having the wrong price, or the hotel for gouging last minute travelers. We came to visit family and wanted to stay in Laurel instead of Billings. Google showed $138/night.. not bad, a little more than Billings, but the convenience was worth the price. Jump to me getting my receipt and finding I was charged $163 for the night. I could have stayed at a Marriott in Billings for $88 per night. Lesson learned, As I stated, my fault for not asking?
