Very comfortable stay. Clean rooms, nice beds, safe area, good included breakfast. Would definitely stay here again if I were in the area.
Room appeared clean. Beds clean and soft. However when I went to set up the pullout couch the old dirty linens were still on them including a used towel. We got new linens so my kids had a place to sleep. Bathroom was clean. But when I took a shower the tub was slippery. After washing the area a bit with water it was no longer slippery. I hope it was leftover soap from the previous cleaning. The carpets are dark, hides the fifth, and it was sticky.
Rooms not ready by 3:00 check manager rude almost yell at me,lady in customer service real nice and polite thanks to her not to bad to wait till they had room ready!!
