Terrible Hotel to stay at. Filthy is an understatement. Soon as I walk in there was a terrible foul smell. the hallways and stairs to get in my room were very smelly and dirty. Blood stains on the cover and the sheets. dirty bathroom. It's truly sad that I booked this hotel. the 3 plus star out of 5 is very misleading for the 100 bucks per night. My wife begged us to leave with our 4 children. we ended up going next door to the Staybridge Suites Hotel that blew this bestwestern crap garbage hotel out of the water. Please if ... read more
They allow pet's. No Free breakfast but you can always sneak over to the holiday inn next door. Same owner lol
I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Everything I was told over the phone before booking turned out to be inaccurate. I was told breakfast was included, but there was no breakfast. There was no room service, and the room did not have basic amenities like shampoo or soap. I also booked what was described as a king bed, but it was not as advertised.
