Room was ok. Bathroom was dirty when we checked in. The morning shift person behind the counter is rude as all get out. No breakfast. Pricing on the website is not correct. Needed the room so I let that slide. Wont be back.

Overall, this hotel was a good fit for our quick visit to Fayetteville. The location was convenient, the grounds were well maintained, and we felt safe walking around the property in the evening. The staff at both check-in and check-out were friendly, efficient, and welcoming. The room had a few drawbacks. The toilet only worked reliably about half the time and made a loud noise that sounded like a small motor running. Well, for number one the prices for these hotels are overpriced. This hotel should not cost more than $70. Tonight it cost me $102. Then on top of that there is a deposit required that was not mentioned on Booking.com, so be aware they do want a $100 deposit on a card. I walked into the room and it was so hot in here. The air was not on so it took half hour of waiting for the air to cool it off in here enough for me to get in here and unpack. This is a posting in July!!! There is a pool on site and inside pool. Location was great and staff were great...room smelled HEAVILY of cigarettes and weed so dont mind the non-smoking signs everywhere...no one else does 😅 we just needed somewhere to crash so it was fine...no signs of bed bugs or anything but the odor was horrendous..not sure how to fix that.
