As a regular customer I never really had any big problems until this weekend stay. We had booked a room for 2 nights in advance called and asked to check in early cuz I had to tired small kids the girl on the phone was rude and no manners at all. I went in to check in 30 miuntes later check in but was greeted by a girl looked and acted like she hated her job. I definitely would not recommend this location , the room smell bad, the air is so noisy and loud. There is a lot of dust in the air , not good for breathing. And when I complained the staff said all room are like that .

Room was ok. Bathroom was dirty when we checked in. The morning shift person behind the counter is rude as all get out. No breakfast. Pricing on the website is not correct. Needed the room so I let that slide. Wont be back.

Overall, this hotel was a good fit for our quick visit to Fayetteville. The location was convenient, the grounds were well maintained, and we felt safe walking around the property in the evening. The staff at both check-in and check-out were friendly, efficient, and welcoming. The room had a few drawbacks. The toilet only worked reliably about half the time and made a loud noise that sounded like a small motor running.
