I contacted customer service, was told hotel management would get back to me in 2–5 days—almost a week and a half later, still nothing. I did not want to have to write a review and I wanted to speak to management but not hearing a prompt response shows me everything I need to know about their customer service and the way they view their guests. Excellent place to stay. One of the better choices to stay at in this area. Breakfast was great had a good variety of options and well stocked.
1 star at best poor service. Found several roaches in the bathroom. They changed my room. Smoker paradise. All area look smell like cigarettes.
