Very Clean nice and friendly people i was staying for Three nights, Beautiful city if I come back in the Future I always be Best Western
Very friendly staff and willing to give us a reasonable rate when our car unexpectedly broke down in Colfax, WA. While certainly a detour from our original plans, the hotel service was amazing and treated us (two adults and five children) with extreme kindness - even saving us night time cookies for our whole family! Their continental breakfast was delicious, had lots of variety, and I highly recommend the made-to-order omelets! We ended up staying in adjoining king rooms (one was a king suite with a kitchen). Staff is welcoming and courteous.
I was not expecting to sleep so well. While the bed was a bit squishy, it was evenly squishy, so you could stay in place. Staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was great, they have a made to order Omelette Bar. Also, they have a piece of paper in each room, which is close to what you would call a Mission Statement, I felt that was impressive. Clearly the owners are invested in providing a superior experience for their guests. If my daughter decides to attend WSU, I will be utilizing this hotel frequently.
