I gave 4 stars for the room because the beds were very comfortable, and the bedding looked and smelled clean. Service a 3 star because staff could have been a bit more enviting. Also, there was a wait time when I got there due to there only being one front desk staff available. I did make a call to the front desk about toilet leaking when it's flushed, but they never came to look at it. So, to be fair I give them a 3 star is the least I'll give for thier service. Do not appreciate dealing with a screen to check in. The lady that comes on talks very loud and it’s quite irritating to not have someone present at the front desk to help when you need it. If best western is going to using a screen to check people in and lose its customer services than maybe my loyalty to the brand is not worth it. Coming from a Diamond member. Put the receptionist back up front they provide great service. This screen nonsense is ridiculous. Marked my service to a 1 for this reason no other reason than that... read more

Amanda has done an excellent job in doing almost everything from cooking, cleaning, front desk. I wish there could be more help for her to do the job.
