Emplacement idéal proche du métro et mont royal. Déçus de l’accueil, on s’attendait à cette fameuse gentillesse et bienveillance canadienne mais ça n’a pas été le cas… Chambre absolument pas insonorisé, les voisins, l’extérieur catastrophique jusqu’à très tard dans la nuit.

Just checked in, extremely rude staff, literally all of them - on the phone and in the lobby - Not worth the money at all You go into your room with your mood brought down instantly. The staff gives you bad energy and makes you feel unwelcome. The rooms are pretty clean tho

Pros: location is great, beds are decent, AC works well. Cons: musty smell in the rooms, states in the website there is a breakfast for a nominal fee - 26.99$ for eggs, sausage, bacon and toast is not nominal). Ice bucket has a pinkish hue, dust/grime on the brim and no bag for inside, also no ice scoop. Wifi is subpar, I keep switching back and forth between cellular
