BED BUGS!!!! Staff was super unhelpful. Didn’t seem like they were going to clean the rooms either and won’t give us a refund.
One person working front desk and kitchen area. Never seen this before. Poor girl running around trying to replenish and people waiting for food or help at front desk. Terrible. Rooms has a buzzing sound nonstop.
A pleasant hotel with fantastic staff. Sam at the front desk had the kindest demeanor and was helpful and friendly. High praise to the staff and management of Best Western University Inn.
