RecommendedSo impressed with Best Western (Citadel location)and how they went the extra mile to get my vehicle completed, even after closing time! Problems with parts supply got in the way but it was overcome. I can’t thank them enough for their customer service! I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP they lied outlandishly said they did things they didnt like fix the transmission in my truck they tore of my running board when it got towed to their shop they did not replace the computer like they said they did and kept my truck for 2 months to do so now they claim the work was for the dealership and they didnt know the truck was sold ... weird they paid for my rental car 3 times !!! guess they forgot I get those receipts
I want to give Jesse a huge shout out. He is by far the best and most honest auto repair shop manager around. He went above and beyond to get our truck back up and running and kept us updated every step of the way. We thank god that we found his shop and If you have any transmission problems we highly recommend Jesse's shop. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Thank you Jesse.
I have never had better service. Jesse fought to get cost covered, kept me updated and had it done when I needed it back. No reason to go to any other place! Hands down the best! Thank you to all who had a hand or a head scratch in solving my problem!!! It runs FANTASTIC!!! Thank you!
I was so impressed with the time that Jesse spent with me making sure that I had all my questions answered and that I understood exactly what they were doing. He fought for me when it came to the warranty company and did everything he could in his power to try to get them to do the right thing. We are so happy to have our truck back. It is running better then ever! After 200 miles they checked everything again just to make sure that all was well.
