Best Western does not honor their work. They replaced a radiator on my 2007 Suburban and it failed. Not only did I get stranded out of town, but Best Western will not pay for the repair. When I called Eric, he gave me the number to NAPA warranty. Best Western did NOT install a warrantied product. I even returned the damaged part! I am out of time, an Uber ride from Denver to the Springs, and a very hefty bill, on top of that I already paid Best Western. DO NOT USE!!!

These guys have got it together! I had difficulties with two of my cars, and after reading all the great reviews, I figured I would give them a try.. Wow! They were honest, and knowledgeable.. Not only did they work with me on finding solutions, but they did what they could to make it easier for me (I live far away).. They really went the extra mile! This will be the only transmission shop I'll be using from here on out.. Thanks Ron and Terry for everything! My Cayenne and Dodge are shifting like a dream!!
