When I checked in, I think between 4 and 5 PM the night of my stay, I told the lady behind the counter where I parked what I was driving and she asked me to put the license plate in the description of the vehicle which I did. After I fell asleep and was only staying in their hotel for 8 hours. I was rudely awakened many times by my phone ringing in the room. They probably tried to call my cell phone but it's on Do Not Disturb when I go to sleep and there's only 2 numbers that can go through on Do Not Disturb, that's my wife ... read more
Just returned for another stay at the Tolleson Best Western, have stayed here many times over the past 7 years... Once again the management is spectacular and many of the staff have been here for years... Always a good sign of quality ownership and management... Great location, friendly staff.. I highly recommend staying here !! ,as I've done many times
