Overall its a good hotel ,clean , affordable. Great area . Nearby the sports district and downtown Phoenix . Cardinals stadium and diamond desert arena
Pretty clean. Easy freeway on and off.
A very pleasant stay. Cassidy at the front desk was kind, professional, and informative. The stay was nice. Clean room , nice TV, excellent breakfast, stores and restaurants nearby and a barber shop across the street where I got my haircut. There is a pool, laundry room, gym and a very comfortable environment especially for the price. Surrounding hotels were way more expensive and there early check in fees were way more than Best Westerns fee. My early check in fee was waved due to circumstance so thank you Cassidy! We wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It’s not very clean and highly overpriced. Drive a bit further and find something better.
I forgot a speaker in my room, and I called within 5 hours of checking out to see if they could hold it for me. I was told it wasn’t there and housekeeping would call me the next day when they check their lost and found. This is not a matter of the speaker was not actually left, I know exactly where it was in the room. I have not received a call about the speaker, so my assumption is it was kept.
