Room was clean. Not overly done but was overpriced for time of week and location
Quick stay as a half way point on our trip. Clean and comfortable.
Would truly say 4.5 but that isn't an option. Room was clean and well laid out. 2 sinks, NICE!. Breakfast was good. Just a clean room to sleep and wash. Nothing fancy but I don't want to pay for stuff I don't care about.
We recently spent 4 nights at the Best Western Thunderbird. Check in was easy, and the front desk woman was pleasant. We did not eat breakfast here, but my husband did go to get coffee in the morning and said breakfast looked great and the woman helping in the breakfast area was extremely friendly. Our ADA room was clean, beds were comfortable, but pillows could use an upgrade.
