Beds are comfy enough smaller pillows but fluffy
This is now our go-to stay while in Cookeville. The staff has been helpful and so accommodating. We travel with dogs, and the rooms we have been in have been clean. Breakfast is good, and the lady who restocks breakfast is so nice.
Overall a great and affordable stay. Rooms were clean and stocked, beds were super comfortable. Quiet guests, but busy roadside noise as it's off a main road. Staff was very friendly and conversed with guests as we had breakfast. Decent continental breakfast staples like eggs, bacon, sausage, breads, pastries, cereals, yogurt, oatmeal, fruits and pancakes. One night stay, easy check in, some outlets in room didn't work, a little dated, would stay again if needed, just not a 5 star, inexpensive/get what you pay for.
I don’t appreciate you guys, not giving me a refund after not being satisfied with the room and then telling me to call you back in 10 minutes only to never pick up the phone.
