A hidden gem so close to all the best places. I accidentally left a bag in the room and came back to check the room for it and the room had been cleaned and put back together so quickly. They held my bag for me and even proved it was mine. Wonderful service and great rooms!
Extremely horrible service. I politely requested a room adjustment. Followed their instructions to call the third party. Was advised that room adjustment can only be done by hotel. Spoke to hotel staff. Followed every step, was on the phone for hours. Only to find out that they cannot make any changes. Totally Waste of time.
This hotel is not your ordinary hotel. It’s in a beautiful residential area close to Monterey Bay Aquarium. Grounds are exceptionally clean. But parking is limited. That is the only downside.
