I stayed at this hotel and there is one lady working at night and she is a very bad person and she treated us very badly. The lady working tonight I think is crazy. I mean a person who does this I think is not normal. If a person behaves badly with his own customers this person is not normal at all I think.
When we stayed there the beds had bloody sheets on them, when complaining at the desk, we were told house keeping was sleeping and we're given a sheet to make the bed ourself. This was rude and unacceptable. Haven had no response from management on this situation.
They did a perfect job for us. The room was newly renovated as was the lobby and breakfast area. A very restful overnight stay.
