I would give 5 stars but there is always room for improvement. I had a great stay and the rooms are very clean.
Considering this is the only hotel within walking distance to many concerts and shows, you would think management would be more accommodating with check-in and check-out times. Unfortunately, they are not flexible at all and seem indifferent to guest needs. Very disappointing! Anyone could make a huge profit opening a nearby hotel, not much competition!
Worst free breakfast I've ever had! Cereal was stale. Orange juice had a funk taste - spoiled? Apple juice had aspirations of apple water but fell short. The room was ok at it's best. Carpet has not seen a shampooing since the Johnson administration. 4 pillows on the bed - none of them comfortable- left with a neck ache. Very expensive for an ok room. Room was clean. It took awhile to check in even though the desk clerk was right there , almost seemed like I was disturbing her.
This place has continued to go downhill! It should be renamed Out Of Order Hotel! The hotel isn’t taken care of, it’s dirty, I hate to even touch the entry doors as they are so dirty! The staff is very rude! There is one and only one reason to stop at this address and that is the restaurant Danella’s which is located at this location, otherwise, you are better off sleeping in your car!
