This was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve ever had. My reservation clearly said the room came with 2 sofa beds and 2 full beds, but when I arrived, the room only had 2 full beds and 1 sofa bed. How do you mess that up? It’s basic information. When I told the staff the room was completely different from what I paid for, instead of fixing their mistake, they told me to book another room. Clean hotel. Excellent location. Airport pick up service was great. Breakfast also had multiple options. Staff was very friendly.

My room was situated at the far end of the hallway. While the room itself was satisfactory and clean, the noise from passing aircraft was disruptive. This significantly impacted my ability to sleep, as I was frequently awakened by the planes. Consequently, I did not experience a restful night. When I addressed this issue with the front desk attendant the following morning, he offered no verbal response and merely gestured with his shoulders.
