Holiday inn express down the highway a better option
My husband and I booked a room last weekend while attending a 40th birthday party nearby. We had driven two hours and made a last-minute decision to stay overnight rather than drive back. The location was conveniently just six minutes from the venue, so we didn’t take the time to check reviews beforehand—something we now regret. I am a travel blogger and very disappointed w/ Best Western. My tv. did not operate correctly and the front desk agent brought another remote that fixed it after a while. In the morning there was ZERO hot water even after running it for 5 min. Ice cold water shower! When I reported it to the front desk agent, he had me explain 3 times! He was only interested on the condition of the t.v.! He had zero interest on my comfort. I will give this property a terrible review from me. Do NOT book!
