Great stay! Clean rooms. Very friendly staff from beginning to end! Perfect location, right off the highway and we walked next door to Texas Roadhouse for dinner WITH our coupon provided by front desk girls. We will most definitely stay here again, in Temple.
I usually have good luck with Best Westerns, but this one disappointed. Stairwells and halls were un-vacuumed. Room 217 had a malfunctioning drawer that wouldn't stay closed. There was leftover food and drink in the fridge. And I just found a toenail clipping on the floor! TV was streaming only, but with a good casting option. No coffee maker in the room. Bed was ok, soap smelled nice, checkin clerk was pleasant. Next time I'm in Temple, I'll go back to La Quinta across the highway. I've stayed there a couple of times. It's ... read more
Very clean hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. Meghna was very nice to me and my coworker and got us checked in fast. I will definitely be back.
All i really look for in a hotel is cleanliness so no complaints
