Checked in and found the rooms are very outdated and the smell not pleasant, our room was located in the stairwell, really the door was entered from the enclosed smelly stairwell. We went back to the desk and asked if the rooms were all the same because we were not happy with the room we were given. we were told all the rooms were the same same. we then asked to check out and requested our deposit be credited. Best Western has a great indoor pool and nice rooms. Both family and friends have stayed there and always say good things! They are right outside of the airport and I would definitely recommend them!!!
Really bad employee at the check-in desk. Nasy and rude, my mom and I checked out a day early we couldn't stand it here. The lady was a manager too! My mom travels around the U.S. for work and didn't want to stay here but I talked her into it because it was on the lake with a view of a marina but the service and the staff were horrible. Ugly rooms with green walls and old fashioned bed covers. LOUSY!
we stayed here in early jan 08 abd found the hotel staff really helpfull and polite.would recomend this hotel to peolple passing salinas or staying in the area.nice large rooms.fully furnished,unlike some comfort inn motels.good breakfast and good highway access.
You made my weekend very enjoyable. Next time I am in the area I will be visiting you again.
They just redid alot of there rooms. It is a nice cheap hotel close to Seagate and Borland.
Holiday Inn Express in Mexico, Mo is the friendiest and most helpful place i've ever stayed. The rooms where big and clean. The staff was helpful and courtious. I'm very glad I stayed here!!
