Great breakfast. Clean rooms, comfortable beds.
I recently stayed at the Best Western Inn and Suites for 3 nights while attending the Ohio State Fair, and everything was fine. I’ve actually been staying at this location for the past three years, and it’s always been a good experience. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean, the air conditioner worked perfectly, and it stayed nice and cool the whole time. The daily breakfast buffet was decent too—nothing fancy, but a nice way to start the day. Expensive rooms that shouldn't be. Our first room had a very stained sheet and mattress, so they switched us rooms. The other room was clean but the bathtub is leaking and the pull out couch bed has a very skimpy mattress
I would only really stay here unless it was a good deal. We stayed here for 3 nights as somewhere to stay for our grandma passing and I have things to say. We checked into the first room and there appeared to be blood or some dark red substance on the sheets of one of the beds, I should've taken a picture when I had the chance but we went to the front desk about it and they kindly gave us a new room and the room was adequate. I saw the other reviews and figured it would be worth a stay… sadly I’m here for 4 nights and the room smells musty like old water and the phone probably has more fungi on it than Jerry Garcia’s fannypack… working too hard during the day to deal with shifting rooms or complaining. Just won’t ever come back here. Avoid if you can. Also the location is in a more industrial area, that probably explains a bit. It’s close to where I’m working but thankfully only for a few days.
