Yeah I do not recommend going to this hotel. When I was in the basement I mean the first floor I was trying to turn the refrigerator dial and raise the temperature and then it started to make like some motor sound literally is sound like a car motor made me think of that one refrigerator joke I thought it was about to explode or something and you get a downgrade if you're on the first floor and then it smells like a basement and animals the second floor is okay but you should definitely aim to get the third floor it's defini... read more

Our recent stay with our two children and cat was completely unacceptable. Upon arrival, we were placed in a room with an unbearable, foul odor that made the space feel entirely unsanitary. When we contacted the front desk to request a room change, we were told that our options were limited to "pet-friendly" rooms, implying that guests traveling with pets should expect a lower standard of cleanliness.
