We booked this room the night before we stayed through their website. When checking in- the staff was very nice but apparently it (the website) didn't "save" our 2 children and changed the room rate. They also wouldnt use the card we booked with- so we had to bring the card in and pay a 150.00 deposit. So the stay was more than expected/booked for. Good place, decent price with free breakfast.
FRont desk clerk was excellent. She even went out of her way to give me a room on the first floor to realized that I had a hard time walking.
Matress was bad for my back. Staff were friendly and helpful. Laundry room did well for us too. The pool was dirty but we got there late in the day.
