We had a wonderful stay at Best Western! Jennifer provided some of the best customer service we have experienced in a long time. She was always smiling, friendly, and willing to help with anything we needed. You can truly tell she cares about the guests and works extremely hard. We even saw her helping housekeeping clean rooms, which really showed her dedication and teamwork. It was a nice hotel.. but they don’t make the beds every day. I didn’t know that till I read a sign couple days later saying that they don’t make the beds every day. The location was okay. It was four there a way from the Riverdale shops. It was about a 20 minute walk if you don’t have car. And it was a 20 minute walk back 5 foot again if you don’t have a car, it’s a longer walk. But the lady at the front desk was super sweet if I needed anything she was very helpful.

Jennifer was great and friendly. She took care of us well here. Helped us with a few minor things during check-in with a smile and grace and was crazy nice!! She helped me set up my Best Western Rewards account as well. She went beyond when others weren’t as nice. Would stay again! Overall my room was very clean and smelled great.

Convenient location and friendly staff makes this hotel an excellent choice. It is about a half a mile south of a nice running/walking trail along the Connecticut River.
