The hotel was clean and welcoming. The lady at the desk was amazing
location is perfect for those who need access to all major highways and Amtrak service. breakfast good, many options and rooms were clean. I woukd use this hotel again when in the Virginia area.
The facility looks very clean and updated, but as soon as you get on the elevator and reach the floor, there’s a strong musty smell. Although the room was listed as non-smoking, it reeked of cigarettes, which was especially concerning since my son has asthma. Until they properly deep clean the rooms and remove the cigarette smell from the walls, bedding, and air, I wouldn’t recommend booking here. For the price, there are better options elsewhere.
Terrible, the property only cares about money, overpriced, but there are a couple of good worker at the property that try to help but they can’t do much…
