This was the cleanest hotel we've stayed at in years! It was centrally located and had plenty of convenient parking. The room was spotless and the hallways and other public spaces were so clean and inviting. We had the most pleasant surprise when opening the window curtains - a lovely lawn that sloped down to the Yellow River. What a view! Highly recommend this hotel!

I checked in 3/12 at 11 pm after I booked the same day on the phone the king room with the jacuzzi which I paid good for. Walked in the room no jacuzzi so I go to the front desk and they say they only have one room with a jacuzzi and it haven’t worked in a while. I also need to work in the AM but the WIFI not working. I tried to connect to the TV to play my Netflix show but because the WIFI we can’t. This place is crazy and I paid over $200 to be here for 11 hrs. Never again

This was the best Best Western I have ever stayed at! The rooms were spotless. And the staff was very hospitable and polite. It's going to be hard to find a better place than this!

Absolutely a great experience. We arrived late at night with no reservations. Two exhausted toddlers, and our 2 big dogs. No other hotels on our 6 hr commute allowed dogs or charged more $100. I asked what time the pool closes and its a 24 hr pool unless your a parent. Then they said it closes when we want it to. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Breakfast was very decent and plenty of options. Rooms were clean. They didn't have any smells of perfume or filth. Beds were comfy. Definitely staying here again.
