Absolutely horrible experience. Walked into room with horrible smell. Carpet was soaked through to the point we had to wear shoes the entire time. Threw down towels to try to soak it up. Discovered the floor was soaked in urine probably from a previous animal that had stayed in the room. Front desk did not care since it was fully booked. I'm sure I will he charged for this and I'm honestly probably never staying at another choice hotel again
Room but smelly, unable to sleep because of too much noise from I-295, room service very bad not responding at all.finally to much cockroach’s around the room
I’m not sure what’s quality in policy But I’m a grown man who has intercourse a lot with man and for some reason y’all thinks it’s ok For a woman to walk in unannounced with her key and come in as if she wanted to join or watch
One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in, and I stay in a lot. Would NOT recommend at all
