Very poor experience. Biggest issue was there was blood on my sheets and bed cover - from something like leaking, not a wound. Obviously indicating the sheets had not been changed. The room was not ready at check in time. I was given a key to the room, but it was still being cleaned and we were past the check in time. I was then assigned another room, then the desk person came down 5 min later and said that the new room wasn't actually available and I needed to go back to the original room and we swapped keys. My visit was cut short as my work trip was complete early. Hotel manager advised I would be charged for my unused nights (even though I booked a flex rate) as I had booked my stay over 1 month in advance, and they had been turning away guests for all that time as all other rooms were booked. After threatening to call my credit card company and put a hold on payment, she agreed to refund me for the unused nights.
