I rented 4 rooms for my work crew at the Best Western in Snyder, TX, and unfortunately we had a very disappointing experience. There was construction going on in the parking lot, but there were no signs or instructions telling guests where they could or could not park. After working a long day, my crew and I arrived at the hotel around 3:00 AM. I came to Snyder to relocate a client of my data equipment and booked a room here turned out to be worst mistake They put me in room 115, June 10th 2026, I woke up left hotel 2 hours down the road my index finger and right are started itching YEP YOU GUESSED IT BED BUGS, CALLED HOTEL SPOKE TO MANAGER SENT PICTURES SHOWING 3 BITES IN A ROW, IM 63 YRS OLD AND ONLY TWICE IN MY LIFE HAVE I EXPERIENCED BED BUGS BOTH AT BEST WESTERN BRAND HOTELS THE MANAGER HERE IS A LIAR.
