I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights for may 2026, 2 days later my reservation was cancelled, I called hotel & was told choice hotel.com cancelled it, my rate was $884.48, now they want to charge me $1,886 because NASCAR race is that weekend, now I will never stay here
Very disappointed in this place and I like Quality Inns. I try to give people grace as much as I would want it, but the service here is not great. I paid close to $200 for one night as I was getting in late. The front desk guy was kind. I got in my room-it was ok. But saw there were things hanging outside of the a.c. I went to sleep anyways. I was staying from 7/17-7/23 for govt travel to the Air Force base in Dover as a service member on duty all hotels in the area normally should provide the $110 a night rate for stays but the manager said he could only charge me that rate for half of the stay and stiffed me with the normal rate for nascar weekend the government won’t reimburse me for that so it turns into 300 dollars out of my pocket absolutely ridiculous I’m leaving awful reviews and warding off all military from staying at the quality inn in Smyrna at all c... read more
