Staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful. Room was immaculate and very comfortable. Area is safe and quiet. Many eating places within walking distance. All around great experience!! A+++
This review is a little overdue . But I stayed here 2 weeks ago and I must say , I encountered Chris when I checked in , he was very friendly and attentive , and noticed I had a room across from the elevator and he was very quick to get me moved to a quieter room. Amber was there to greet me when I went down for breakfast and made sure I was able to get a later check out .. staying in hotels 5 days a week for business, it's a breath of fresh air when the level of customer service is this spectacular ! If you're looking for the Embassy Suites, this is not it. However, if you are looking for large, spotless rooms at a great rate and don't need fancy amenities, the Spark by Hilton Smithfield is for you. I wish the pet fee wasn't as much as the room rate :-O Other than that, we had a great stay and would not hesitate stopping in again if we're in the area.
