I had to book a room at the last minute due to an emergency. It was 2 a.m., and I was extremely tired. Unfortunately, the attitude of the front desk staff was terrible. He told me he couldn’t find my reservation, then left me waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes while repeatedly blaming me for booking so late. Excuse me? Two floors but no elevator so not so good for seniors or disabled. Otherwise, nice rooms and friendly desk. Full breakfast has good omelets and sausage
The staff gave excellent service and everything exceeded expectations.
