Rooms are outdated, however, comfy bed. Wear slippers or shoes bc carpet looks clean but you never know. Bathroom floors look like it could be cleaned better. Bathroom is small in our king sized bed room. AC is in a weird spot instead of near the bed. For almost $200 a night, this hotel is way overpriced. Pics make it look like it's a newer hotel, but it's old.
Nice size rooms. Very comfy bed and good shower. Staff are very pleasant. Nice breakfast. There is street noise at the location. Fitness room is very sparse- one treadmill and one elliptical.
I’ve been an Uber driver for many years, and whether it’s a five-star hotel or the most basic budget hotel, I’ve never had any issues using the restroom after dropping off a guest. This Best Western is the only hotel I’ve ever encountered that refused to let me use it. The front desk staff’s tone and attitude were very rude and unpleasant. （It seems like he might be the general manager.
