After a 12 hour drive, our kids were looking forward to swimming but the pool had clearly not been cleaned in days. There was dirt, debris and bugs in and around it. The front desk said it had been cleaned that day, but there is no way. She also then mentioned the pool is not currently heated and needs to be fixed. We had to remake the beds in our room. By the time we found the problem with our beds we didn't want to move. Maybe they need to look at housekeeping. This is the second time we have had issues with the rooms having housekeeping problems in the last couple months. We will be going through there several times a month for the next several months, if things don't improve I will not stay there.
Pons: renovated modern rooms. A great breakfast with lots of varieties, Blink charging station. Cons: Noise from the highway and trains are annoying. Bathroom towels were thin and cheap. That can be improved for sure.
