An excellent place to stay just off the highway if your passing through Jerome Idaho! The staff were pleasant & friendly. This Best Western Sawtooth is right across from a Walmart supercenter where we reloaded on water and snacks. Several food options close by. Their free breakfast includes omlettes made to order! The rooms were clean and comfortable.
Great value! About 50 to $70 cheaper than similar hotels in Twin Falls. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean. The eggs to order breakfast was especially nice. The girls at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The only other comment I would have is get those carpets cleaned!
Ok room. Comfortable bed and nice linen & pillows. Really good free breakfast. No luggage stands for our suitcases, so we put them on top of the dressers. Carpets in the hallways & in our room were dirty and a little stained. :(
Most of the BW we have stayed at ah e been fair to good. This one the toilet got stopped up and we had to do the plunger. Not the customer service we were looking for. The area is sketchy and just has a weird vibe. Pillows are awful on the bed. Not a recommended place unless you totally have to stay overnight.
