Beware of Separate Sales Tax and Lodging Tax on Pet Fee Our stay was fine and the hotel was clean. We had a few issues with check in, the type of room requested, and then keys being deactivated. The main issue I had was with the lack of communication and transparency about the separate charges for sales tax and lodging tax on the pet fee. It was my first time staying at The Best Western in Jerome but it was a good place to stay. The room was clean, felt spacious, and overall was super nice. The bathroom was a little small but I would rather have a nice room then a big bathroom lol.
