Avoid at all costs. The receptionist at check in was friendly enough but I was informed that there was a 100 dollar security deposit on my card. No problem because it’s refundable. I get to the room and we unpack and go into Savannah for the night. We come back to the AC not cooling the room and the carpet soaked. We called the front desk and got no answer. We had to walk up there and ring the bell 20+ times to get somebody, and then the person made the comment “oh my bad I was napping. Thank god yall woke me up”. After him ... read more
Place is absolutely disgusting. My sister asked for a refund, she NEVER got it and the lady on the phone was extremely rude. I hope this place goes out of business
If I could give a negative star review I would. The air conditioning is horrible it freezes up doesn't keep the room cool at all. The rooms are absolutely disgusting there is no baseboards in places and are baseboards in other that are covered with grim and dust. The bathtub was dirty the toilet doesn't want to flush. Everything is outdated and disgusting and dirty. They shouldn't be allowed to charge for the rooms in this shape. I'm here now and we travel a lot. Desk rookie is banning me for the hotel having no toilet paper crazy and good luck dude im sure at 8 management will say different to you. Front desk public restrooms no toilet paper as well gas station for a poo and all money wasted here to send kids to a nasty gas bath horrible cystomer service at Ramada Sucks as they dont even have toilet paper, front desk said no you cant have toilet paper until housekeeping its not 2020 with no toilet paper and also no housekeeping came to my room for 2 days the desk guy on monday 6-30-... read more
If I could give a negative number for a review, it would be this one. First off the manager is horrible. The rooms was hot and old ..need update, but we did not complain until the end . We had to leave $100 cash deposit , and then the manager Sheree took $ 20 dollars for some bath cloths that was dirty from wiping shoes off...I thought that is what I had already paid for to use items in room. I have stayed at many hotels and this ONE WAS THE WORST NEVER WILL COME BACK!!!
