This is the only hotel I go to when I'm in town because i enjoy the heat lamps in the bathroom, but i felt slighted and scammed during my last visit. When i arrived at the hotel, I waited for 30 minutes to be seen. Once it was my turn, the lady at the front found my booking, but they couldn't charge the card on file or something. I asked if we could keep the booking but charge a new card, and she said she couldn't do that. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!! Constant drug use, there are several folks openly selling drugs in the property. Staff allowed and was hanging out with these folks on the property until 6 in the morning. I called down and explained to them there are people screaming at 6 in the morning. Nothing was done, nor did staff care/ I captured this on my meta glasses. I now see why no one wants to work there as it’s a run down hotel with shady practices. As an out of town contractor, Veronica at the front desk is extremely responsive, professional, and helpful. They have made our employees' stay at this location a breeze. They keep our information secure, help us to get the best rates, and are at a convenient location. Rooms/facilities are clean, great ammenities, affordable rates, and we will be sure to stay for future business as well as personal vacation.

I’ll be honest stayed at Best Western Salisbury about a month ago, and it was a terrible experience. There were people hanging around the property who made me feel very uncomfortable, and the overall atmosphere wasn’t good. I had to come back this week because every other hotel was sold out, and I can honestly say I noticed a big difference. I stayed for three days, and the property felt much better than before.
