One of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. My back is killing me.
Hands down the worst experience I have ever encountered when trying to book a room. I have stayed at this property in 2024 and 2025 and called to make a reservation for 2026. The call was answered by a front desk employee at the hotel, not the BW call center. This person clearly did not want to understand the requirements (booking for me and a colleague) but rather wanted to "drive" the conversation by scripting and interrupting. Mid hotel but good breakfast
I checked in with my service animal, Dawn the manager took one look at me and decided I wasn’t disabled and that my guide dog was an actual pet. I have been legally disabled n partially blind since 2018. Disability discrimination is a real thing, I spoke to management, I spoke to customer relations, I’ve offered to prove I am legally disabled, still to no resolve. Managers unavailable EVERYDAY ? Best western I expected a higher level of hospitality and service towards your guests.
