Best rooms and service! Clean well kept and the pool was best I've been at in many hotels. The breakfast was far better than any other as well!! Staff was helpful,friendly, and knowledgeable of area. I'll never stay any where else in Sacramento!! Close to everything!
Cons Internet may not work. If you have a hot spot.. may be best to use? Some showers may not work. Past rooms have had shower knobs totally detached from the shower wall. And random guests connecting to other guests tvs? Fantastic .... Please consider making wifi passwords less simple Pros Weekend female staff is very kind. Beds are pretty comfortable. Clean room Nice pool area. You may earn points on booking
I had a problem getting into my room on two different occasions and the two different employees I delt with in the evening shift responded negatively about my issue. They both had horrible customer service skills and responded negatively about my problem. Differently didn’t seem to care and weren’t friendly at all. If best western cares about customer service they def shouldn’t have these two working here.
THEY STOLE MY DEPOSIT! I was about 23 minutes late leaving the room and the front desk person told me it was in their policy to keep the damage deposit if guests are late checking out and they kept $100 of my money!!!!! I demanded to get a print out of their policy and it didn't have that anywhere in the policy. She straight up lied to me and kept my money and there was no manager there to speak with. Don't trust this place they are extremely shady.
