Our stay at Best Western was amazing. The check-in process went smooth and the young lady at the front desk was very sweet and informative. Our room was very clean, no odors, and fully stocked. This hotel is centrally located and walkable. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Watsonville and surrounding areas. Parking area is very small, I would suggest returning early to have nearby access to your room. However, there is another parking lot on the other side of the hotel but is a short walkable distance.

We had a great stay here! We got a suite so we could have two separate rooms. It was totally worth the small amount of extra driving to get to Santa Cruz. The pool was heated. The hot tub was great. Breakfast had a lot of choices. You can text when you need something and they’re super responsive. Would definitely stay here again!!
