Worked great for my needs, staff were very friendly!
The hotel was clean and comfortable and the employees were warm and friendly. Had a lovely stay :)
This is a very nice hotel. It is recently renovated and very clean. I saw staff cleaning floors and main areas daily. The staff are nice and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.
My bed had fleas, and I checked out of the hotel. I am still waiting to be contacted by management.
This entire experience has been nothing short of infuriating. I booked through Booking.com, paid for insurance, canceled well within the allowed timeframe due to a legitimate medical issue, and I am STILL being denied my refund. Booking.com blames the hotel. The hotel blames Booking.com. Neither one will take responsibility, and I’m being left in the middle while they hold onto MY money. This isn’t a simple mistake — this is terrible business practice and disrespectful to customers. I followed every step exactly as required.... read more
