I have nothing bad to say only good things to say. Nice bed. ac worked. Staff was really nice. Will stay there again when we're back in town.
Staff was rude, waited almost 25 min for someone to show up at the front desk just to make it seem like i was inconveniencing him. Rooms are worn out and walls are paper thin. Mattresses are old and dip towards the center. Won’t be staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western in Rochester. On the surface, it looks like an older place that you think might be a little rough. The opposite is true. Inside you’ll find a very classy updated well run facility clean and operated by kind people. The bed was very comfortable. The room was a good size and held all the amenities you would need, and very reasonably priced. Amazing stuff especially Gregory. We don't have an US credit card and had some trouble when checking in. But he tried different ways and eventually figured out a solution just before I started to worry. Great job!
