TV didn’t work. Toilet whistled loudly when flushed. Shower drips in a steady stream even when you close both taps tightly. Bathroom door doesn’t shut. Privacy Please sign falls off door handle every time you close the door. One ice machine for 6 floors. There was a rail for a shade on the window but no shade (had to draw the curtains). Essentially no maintenance.
The physical accomodations are standard but the internet is just awful. The internet is not awful "by hotel standards", no, it is objectively bad. If you care at all about playing even the oldest of video games with the lowest of bandwidth, too bad for you but hey, at least you can watch all the youtube you want. Trash, just trash level internet. I recommend going anywhere else. I am very disappointed with this place.
Have had issues with being charged $900+ after telling the check in person the card was for one night and nothing else as they don’t accept cash. Have tried to contact the manager ( left message on the answering machine to her, as well as speaking to workers.) being told I’ll get a call back. Still no call back after 3 weeks. Also contacted corporate and was told I’d hear from someone 3-5 days. You guessed it no call. Be very wary if you choose this hotel.
Evening desk clerk helpful as can be, but seems to be a problem with door keys, right now. Took several trips downstairs to get things short of straightened out. Hopefully better in future
