We went here to stay for the Turkey Trot 5k in Troy. It was super convenient as the run happens right in front of it! We were able to wake up and immediately go outside and run. It couldn’t be easier. Also the service was great. The receptionist was great and always offered a smile! Decorations in the lobby were also beautiful. One constructive criticism i have is that you have to go downstairs and used a shared microwave. I would just suggest putting one in each of the rooms as that seems to be a standard at other places. Trust me, DO NOT STAY HERE & I’ve stayed here multiple times in the past, but the new workers are horrendous & you can’t even get key cards for your room since the system is down. First off, I go to check in since I have a reservation (which I chose Cardless option). Then, I am told not only is their card system down so I can’t get my room key for over 1 hours. I stayed here for one night for a work trip and found the staff to be incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. I also loved that there was a coffee machine with good espresso as well as multiple non-dairy milk options. Bathroom products were really nice. The one downside was there was no kettle or coffee maker in the room.
Lovely and clean hotel. The rooms are nice - especially the large suites. My car did get broken into and the hotel never reached out about checking the cameras. If you are parking there with a Kia beware.
