This was the noisiest hotel room I have ever stayed at. Street noise was unbearable. No manager on duty, and desk attendant would not change my room since the hotel was sold out. Paying over $300 unacceptable when you cannot sleep. On the other hand, the day staff seemed sympathetic and helpful and put notes on my future reservation so that I can get a quieter room. Breakfast attendant was very nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Let’s see what happens next time….

Very convenient hotel for wedding across the street at Franklin Plaza Hotel. We had checked in and had an issue with our room keys 3 times before the manager was alerted and someone came to fix the battery in the door. Also no body wash in shower and no one told us how to contact service workers to clean our bathroom when there was a water issue from the shower and when I asked the staff in the hall for more towels and if they could come clean it they just said no and walked away. When we first booked it was for the wrong date so we called and asked to change our booking to October. When we showed up they had no reservation because they had mistakenly changed it to September instead of October. They were not apologetic at all and kept telling us they didn’t make any mistake and it was on us so no refund and no money off if we wanted to book another room.
