This hotel is great especially if you have a wedding at Franklin Plaza. The king suites is very spacious and the staff is super friendly. The hotel is well above any Best Western I’ve ever stayed at and has a very nice breakfast included as well.
Not a motorcycle friendly hotel. This hotel is not motorcycle-friendly. Even Hilton and Marriott properties have never had an issue with parking motorcycles near the front entrance for safety, but they told us we can’t park here at this location. We were group of 6 and there are 15k members in our motorcycles group. removing this location for future travel needs.
We stayed at this Best Western while traveling by motorcycle. When we arrived, we pulled under the front canopy to unload our luggage, just as guests do. While we were in the lobby, someone asked if we were the "motorcycle guys" and told us we couldn't park there. Afterward we learned he was the owner. The problem wasn't the rule itself, it was how it was handled. A polite introduction and a simple explanation would have gone a long way.
