We checked in around 2am. We were told they could do a late checkout of 2pm. Five hours after checking in the phone starts ringing off the hook then some guy comes and starts banging on the door and now informs us we have an hour to checkout. Room was a million degrees and took forever to cool as well upon arrival. In my experience if a hotel tell you a checkout time even if you were told wrong you get that checkout time because we would have just booked somewhere else to ensure we got adequate rest.
