I saw the two star rating and wondered why it was, but after the first hour of me signing in, I see why. The key card to my room didn't work and the attendant had to issue me three different keys to get in. And I had to walk from resignation area to my room which was a back and forth walk for close to an hour. Even though my first hour was hectic, I was able to get some sleep and a good shower. The room was clean and tidy.

Roach ran at me within the first 15 minutes being in my room. Dead roaches in the shower, shower head was detached from the wall and hanging loose, shower rod was also hanging loose with black mold surrounding it. There was a ceramic tile screwed into the ceiling??? Covering an exhaust fan???? You could see where they painted over water damage to the ceiling, even some water bubbles under the paint, so active water leaks, likely why they covered the vent, to hide the smell of mold in the ceiling. Room smells terrible and and the breakfast was terribly cold. The pool was also terrible without towels ready and smelled of urine
