Miss Pei L. was accomodating and pleasant to work with: switched our two rooms to the same floor so the kids can go back and forth between rooms easier. Rooms were super clean and spacious. Kids loved the large bathtub. Right in the heart of downtown. Parked at Icon 24/7. Take the 7 line to Times Square.
Este hotel me sorprendió, fue mas de lo que esperaba. Lo seleccione porque solo iba a dormir porque la mayoría del tiempo iba a estar en la ciudad. No es un hotel SUPER moderno, pero esta super bien todo lo que tiene. Servicio- A+ Excelente Limpieza- A+ Ubicación- Es una zona oriental, pero muy llamativa. . Si buscas LUJO este no es el hotel. Si buscas lo básico, limpieza, servicio y precio accesible- ok
Terrible . Front desk is very rude. WiFi is not working. Shower is not working
