Small motel right next to QV market. It’s in a quaint, quiet neighborhood which is by the park and a lot of food options all around it, including an Asian grocer and bottle shop. And there is the QV Market. You get to Melbourne Central and Chinatown in under half a dozen blocks out. The owners or operators are Asian and very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean but small. We stayed the weekend the Lions played the Wallabies which meant what would typically be a $150 room night cost over $350. Still… good place.
Location is great - less than 10 minutes walk to QVM Ample parking spaces outside the hotel Nights may be boring in the area so go out & hang out
