On Saturday September 12 2026, I called to canx my reservation. I was told it was a 48 hr advanced notice. I replied I recall 24 but canx anyway. She the says it's been since 7 6 and disconnected. I was not finished with the conversation. I called back and the phone was picked up and hung up. I called back and it went to VM. I used a different phone and she answered. I asked for the manager. Service in onsite restaurant was spotty. They said they were backed up for breakfast but less than a third of tables were taken. Labor Day weekend. Large wedding party and Wisconsin versus Notre Dame fans at hotel (which hotel was aware of). Again, restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed for unknown reason.
We recently returned from a very special wedding in July, spending 3 wonderful nights at the Oshkosh Marriott Waterfront Hotel. The completely remodeled and upscale hotel completely exceeded our expectations. The hotel balances the perfect blend of luxury in welcoming setting. The concierge, front desk, guest service and all the staff we interacted with made us feel welcomed. My stay at the Marriott Oshkosh was perfect. When I arrived in my room, I received a friendly card and gifts to celebrate my birthday next week. While the hotel may seem a little older, the rooms are updated and the hotel is very well kept. The M club lounge was nice as well with a very friendly face every night that was so nice and helpful.
