We booked online and were able to reserve with a Visa Debit, but at check-in (around 10 p.m. after being up since 5 a.m. traveling) we learned it couldn’t actually be used for payment only Mastercard. We suggested maybe it shouldn’t be allowed as a reservation option, and from then on the staff member became very short and unwelcoming. He handed us the cards, pointed and said where to sign, but didn’t explain the total, the deposit, or even the check-out time. WORST experience of my life. They cancelled the room all because I forgot my card in NOVA SCOTIA. Left me to fend for myself on the streets. Took my room WILL NEVER go here again

Definitely yes, my listening skill is not good, especially in the noisy place like airport, but I just wanted to confirm what the person said. However, the person who took my phone call to arrange a shuttle, only repeated me "You need to ask someone there". Who can support me about what you said? I called again and again, but the woman in charge held my phone call without any support, she gave me just a long silent moment. I really disappointed this unrespectfull correspondence. Hotel is a dump. Falling apart everywhere. You pay a lot and don't get anything in return. BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED. PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED. Wallpaper coming off the walls, leaky ceiling in the restaurant with a bucket to collect water. Floors are sticky. Lamps Don't work. Alarm clock woke us up at 6 Am and it wasn't plugged in. No water pressure in the shower. Don't stay here.
