We had a wonderful stay and felt so well taken care of from start to finish. A special thank you to Tatiana at the front desk — she was truly exceptional. Her attention to detail and genuine care for our family, including our two babies and my parents, made such a difference. Parking space is terrible, they have so many spaces committed to "park and Fly" that there is no parking left for those staying at the hotel. Stay elsewhere.

I can only encourage you to read the bad reviews before you decide to stay at this place. The front desk tries very hard, but the janitorial and the head of management are very poor. Dealt with people slamming and smashing their doors all night setting off the fire alarms never received an apology or compensation of any kind, and I see their legacy lives on after I left. And before. This not be a best western franchise as this sets a very bad reputation for the entire chain.
