We stayed in the family suite. It was perfect for our large family. Clean and quiet. The indoor pool was fantastic. Claude at the front desk was THE MAN! Fast, friendly, and all the facts I needed!
Rooms are nice. You could have a convention, an office off-site, family reunion, etc at this place. Pool is fabulous. <15 minutes to Hershey Park. Everything looks nice. Price is right at $150-200/night. Built in full service restaurant is a huge plus. Please that work there are nice/helpful.
Stayed in a poolside family suite to visit Hershey. The room was very clean, large, and the access to the pool was convenient. Service was excellent. All of the hours of operation are correctly posted on their website. We enjoyed the pool until 10pm. I consider myself a hotel snob and had nothing to complain about with this hotel. Would 100% stay again.
Stayed here for 1 night every thing was great the hotel was clean the staff were friendly if I go back to that area again Ill stay at this hotel again
