5 stars because they were great at the things that matter most. The room was clean, well maintained, quiet after 10pm, service and the staff were very pleasant, and the price was reasonable. I'd recommend it. I had a few small disappointments that are all things that are fixable. For example, rooms facing the pool can only close the sheers and not the privacy curtain. People can definitely see into your room from the pool area including your bed, which is a serious privacy issue. This is worse if the light is on inside your ... read more

Great place, friendly staff, clean clean clean! Great for families who are passing through or visiting the Hershey area! Staff went above and beyond from the front desk and even at the breakfast at the restaurant there. Highly recommend
