I had a very frustrating experience at Best Western Plus KC Speedway Inn & Suites and would not recommend staying here. The day of check-in, I called around 11:30 AM to ask about early check-in. The representative told me to call back at 12:30 and that he should have a room ready by then. We arrived around 12:35 PM after being awake for over 30 hours, hoping to get some rest before our son’s event at 3:25 PM.
